Colorado High School Volleyball - Douglas County over Denver East

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) and the visiting Denver East Angels (Denver, CO), saw Douglas County's volleyball squad beat Denver East by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Douglas County upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Huskies host Fairview (Boulder, CO) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 7. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Fairview won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Standley Lake (Westminster, CO)

The Angels now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Legend for a non-league bout on Friday, September 2. Denver East will play a Titans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
