Tennessee High School Football - Munford defeats Millington Central

August 30, 2024: Munford, TN 38058

In Friday's non-league match, the host Munford Cougars football squad scored a good 30-0 victory over the Millington Central Trojans.

The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Melrose (Memphis, TN). The Golden Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Melrose was beaten by Memphis University School (Memphis, TN), 23-0, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Trojans confront the Fayette Ware Wildcats (Somerville, TN) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 6. Millington Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 16-8 non-league loss to Bolton (Arlington, TN).
