The Valley Buffalos prevailed the visiting Deseret Peak Golden Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Buffalos confront the Water Canyon Wildcats (Hildale, UT) in a 1A Region 20 game, on Wednesday, September 3. Valley will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to El Capitan (Colorado City, AZ).
The Golden Eagles (1-10) will now prepare for their game against Bear River (Garland, UT). The Bears enter the 4A Region 11 match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Bear River was outscored by Mountain Crest (Hyrum, UT), 3-0, in a league match.
