California High School Volleyball - Newport Harbor edged by Orange Lutheran

The Orange Lutheran Lancers held off the host Newport Harbor Sailors volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Lancers now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ontario Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 6. Orange Lutheran will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA). The Knights record now stands at 5-2.

The Sailors (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Marina (Huntington Beach, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 7-1 record.
