Colorado High School Flag Football - Poudre School District nudged by Mountain View

September 10, 2025: Fort Collins, CO 80526

In Wednesday's league game, the Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO) flag football team edged the host Poudre School District Stars (Fort Collins, CO), by a tally of 7-6.

In their next game, the Mountain Lions battle the Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A Northern Colorado game, on Saturday, September 13. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 1-4 record after their 62-0 league loss to Horizon (Thornton, CO).

With the defeat, Poudre School District drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Stars travel to Skyview (Thornton, CO) to clash with the Wolverines in a 5A/4A Northern Colorado outing on Saturday, September 13. The Wolverines come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Skyview lost 29-8 in their recent league outing against Eagle Ridge Academy (Brighton, CO)
