In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Lemon Bay Manta Rays volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Booker Tornadoes.
The Manta Rays (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sarasota (Sarasota, FL). The Sailors come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Sarasota beat Inspiration Academy (Bradenton, FL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tornadoes meet the Southeast Seminoles (Bradenton, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Booker will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
