Georgia High School Volleyball - Hillgrove over Marietta

September 12, 2024: Powder Springs, GA 30127

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Hillgrove Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Marietta Blue Devils.

The Hawks (15-10) will now prepare for their challenge against McEachern (Powder Springs, GA). The Indians come into the 6A Area 3 challenge with a 8-13 record. In their last challenge, McEachern was beaten by Carrollton (Carrollton, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Lassiter Trojans (Marietta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Marietta will attempt to upgrade on its 18-5 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 8-15 record after their 3-1 league loss to Sequoyah (Canton, GA).
