Minnesota High School Football - Blackduck tops Kelley

The Blackduck Drakes football squad scored 58 points and limited the visiting Kelley Mariners to 27 in the Drakes non-league triumph on Friday.
The Drakes now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cook County for a District 9 North - North (9 Man) challenge on Friday, September 19. Blackduck will face a Vikings team coming off a 16-6 league win over Kelley (Silver Bay, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 2-0.
The Mariners (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against South Ridge (Culver, MN). The Panthers go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, South Ridge lost by Blackduck (Blackduck, MN), 18-12, in a non-league challenge.
