The Central Cass Squirrels football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Jamestown Bluejays to 18 in the Squirrels non-league triumph on Friday.
The Squirrels now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dickinson for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Central Cass will face a Midgets team coming off a 44-21 non-league loss to Grand Forks Central (Grand Forks, ND). The Midgets record now stands at 1-2.
The Bluejays (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kindred (Kindred, ND). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Kindred ran past St. Mary's Central (Bismarck, ND), 34-7, in a non-league challenge.
