Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Etowah advances its record to 2-1 on the season.

The Vikings now sport a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. Northgate will face a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Temple (Temple, GA). The Lions record now stands at 23-1.
