In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host St. Mary's Academy Blues volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Putnam Kingsmen.

The Blues (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Beaverton (Beaverton, OR). The Beavers come into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Beaverton beat Southridge (Beaverton, OR), 3-1, in a league outing.

With the loss, Putnam drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Kingsmen travel to Glencoe (Hillsboro, OR) to play the Crimson Tide in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. The Crimson Tide come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Glencoe lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Forest Grove (Forest Grove, OR)
