The Dunbar Mightymen volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting North Lawndale Phoenix to 1 in the Mightymen league victory on Wednesday.

The Mightymen now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marine Leadership Academy for a non-league game on Friday, September 16. Dunbar will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 league win over Wells (Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.

The Phoenix (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Farragut (Chicago, IL). The Admirals enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Farragut was nudged by Orr (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a league game.
