Florida High School Volleyball - Newberry Valdosta

The Valdosta Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Newberry Panthers to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perry for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 19. Valdosta will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Shaw (Columbus, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 18-12.

The Panthers (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Union County (Lake Butler, FL). The Fightin' Tigers enter the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Union County defeated Bell (Bell, FL), 3-2, in a league game.
