The Salem Sundevils volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Granby Comets to 0 in the Sundevils non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Sundevils now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. Salem will play a Griffins team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Manteo (Manteo, NC). The Griffins record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Granby drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Comets travel to West Point (West Point, VA) to face the Pointers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Pointers go into the test with a record of 2-2. West Point lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Northumberland (Heathsville, VA)
