In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Roosevelt Rough Riders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Central Grizzlies.

The Rough Riders (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Fowler (Fowler, CA). The Redcats go into the non-league test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Fowler achieved victory over Lindsay (Lindsay, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Grizzlies now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madera South for a CMAC/NYL test on Friday, September 19. Central will face a Stallions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 4-17.
