In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Woodland Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Ridgeview Mustangs.

With the win, Woodland improves its record to 4-10 on the season. The Warriors travel to Lowpoint-Washburn (Washburn, IL) to face the Wildcats in a Tri-County test on Thursday, September 18. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 7-10. Lowpoint-Washburn lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL)

The Mustangs now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host LeRoy for a Heart of Illinois test on Tuesday, September 16. Ridgeview will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 12-2.
