Michigan High School Volleyball - Mendon over Our Lady of the Lake Catholic

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mendon Hornets (Mendon, MI) and the visiting Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Lakers (St. Joseph, MI), saw Mendon's volleyball squad beat Our Lady of the Lake Catholic by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Mendon upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Hornets travel to Bellevue (Bellevue, MI) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Bellevue lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Athens (Athens, MI)

The Lakers now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to New Buffalo for a Lakeland test on Wednesday, September 20.
