North Carolina High School Volleyball - Pamlico County over Jones

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Pamlico County Hurricanes volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Jones Trojans.

The Hurricanes (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC). The Panthers come into the Coastal Plains 1A/2A challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Northside - Pinetown beat Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A battle, on Thursday, September 19. Jones will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record.
