The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Holyoke Purple Knights (Holyoke, MA) and the visiting Monument Mountain Spartans (Great Barrington, MA), saw Holyoke's volleyball squad beat Monument Mountain by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Holyoke upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Purple Knights host Easthampton/Hampshire (Easthampton, MA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. The Eagles enter the test with a record of 0-2. Easthampton/Hampshire lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Belchertown (Belchertown, MA)

The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Taconic (Pittsfield, MA). The Thunder enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record.
