Chapmanville Regional Tigers (Chapmanville, WV) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (Belle, WV). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Riverside beat Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 25. Sissonville will attempt to advance on its 1-11 season record.
