In Thursday's league game, the Brunswick Blue Devils (Brunswick, OH) football team edged the visiting Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH), by a tally of 27-21.

In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Shaker Heights Red Raiders (Shaker Heights, OH) in a Greater Cleveland game, on Friday, September 27. Brunswick will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Red Raiders enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 39-7 non-league loss to Benedictine (Cleveland, OH).
