In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Rio Rancho Rams soccer squad scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars.
The Rams (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Scorpions go into the 5A District 1 outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Farmington by Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM), 7-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Jaguars play the Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 24. Atrisco Heritage Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 9-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM).
