In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Gadsden County Jaguars volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Jefferson County Tigers.

The Jaguars (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Marianna (Marianna, FL). The Bulldogs enter the 3A District 2 challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Marianna was tipped by Sneads (Sneads, FL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Wakulla Christian School Saints (Crawfordville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Jefferson County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
