The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 8-3. Maeser Prep Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Draper APA (Draper, UT)

Next, the Moquis meet the Wendover Wildcats (Wendover, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Escalante will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Manila (Manila, UT).
