Kansas High School Volleyball - Northern Valley over Heartland Christian

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Northern Valley Huskies (Almena, KS) and the host Heartland Christian Crusaders (Colby, KS), saw Northern Valley's volleyball squad beat Heartland Christian by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Northern Valley upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year. The Huskies host Weskan (Weskan, KS) to play the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Coyotes go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Weskan lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Triplains/Brewster (Brewster, KS)

The Crusaders now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ellis for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 22. Heartland Christian will play a Railroaders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, KS). The Railroaders record now stands at 10-3.
