Washington High School Football - Skyline sneaks past Issaquah

September 20, 2024: Sammamish, WA 98075

The Skyline Spartans football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Issaquah Eagles to 17 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bothell for a 4A KingCo test on Friday, September 27. Skyline will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 38-10 non-league win over Lewiston (Lewiston, ID). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Issaquah drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Highline (Burien, WA) to meet the Pirates in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 1-2. Highline lost 35-28 in their recent league test against Interlake (Bellevue, WA)
