The Bears (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Marksville (Marksville, LA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, Marksville beat Pineville (Pineville, LA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Lafayette Lions (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Comeaux will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA).
