Colorado High School Volleyball - Kit Carson overwhelmed by Merino

September 20, 2025: Kit Carson, CO 80825

The Merino Rams topped the host Kit Carson Wildcats volleyball squad by a tally of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Rams now have a 9-0 record. They play next when they host Limon for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. Merino will play a Badgers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Deer Trail (Deer Trail, CO). The Badgers record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Kit Carson drops to 4-8 on the season. The Wildcats host Cheraw (Cheraw, CO) to confront the Wolverines in a 1A High Plains game on Friday, September 26. The Wolverines go into the game with a record of 5-3.
