Connecticut High School Volleyball - North Branford edged by Old Lyme

September 21, 2022: Old Lyme, CT 06371

The Old Lyme Wildcats held off the visiting North Branford Thunderbirds volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's league test.

The Wildcats now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Regional for a Shoreline test on Friday, September 23. Old Lyme will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 2-4.

The Thunderbirds (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT). The Blue Devils enter the Shoreline test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Coginchaug Regional held off Morgan (Clinton, CT), 3-2, in a league test.
