The Harnett Central Trojans soccer team (Angier, NC), was overwhelmed 6-1 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC)
With the win, Midway moves its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Raiders host West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC) to battle the Knights in a Southeastern Athletic 2A outing on Wednesday, September 27. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 2-9.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC) in a All American 3A/4A outing, on Tuesday, September 26. Harnett Central will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Golden Bulls go into the outing with a 1-7 record after their 2-1 league loss to Overhills (Spring Lake, NC).
