The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the South Medford Panthers (Medford, OR) and the host Willamette Wolverines (Eugene, OR), saw South Medford's volleyball squad beat Willamette by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, South Medford upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Panthers travel to North Valley (Grants Pass, OR) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 5-5. North Valley won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Rogue River (Rogue River, OR)

The Wolverines now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Tigard for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. Willamette will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Tualatin (Tualatin, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 6-6.
