In Thursday's league game, the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers (Yanceyville, NC) football team knocked off the host North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC), by a final score of 22-0.
The Buccaneers (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Cummings (Burlington, NC). The Cavaliers come into the game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Cummings was dropped by Southern Alamance (Graham, NC), 42-8, in a non-league game.
The Mustangs now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seaforth for a non-league game on Thursday, October 6.
