Alabama High School Volleyball - Benjamin Russell nudged by Opelika

The Benjamin Russell Wildcats volleyball team (Alexander City, AL), was nudged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Opelika Bulldogs (Opelika, AL)

The Bulldogs (4-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Russell County (Seale, AL). The Warriors enter the 6A Area 4 challenge with a 0-11 record. In their last challenge, Russell County was nudged by Shaw (Columbus, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Elmore County Panthers (Eclectic, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. Benjamin Russell will attempt to move on its 12-8 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Stanhope Elmore (Millbrook, AL).
