Colorado High School Flag Football - Air Academy triumphant over Colorado Springs Christian

The crowd at Monday's league contest between the Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO) and the visiting Colorado Springs Christian Lions (Colorado Springs, CO), witnessed Air Academy's flag football squad wallop Colorado Springs Christian by a count of 33-0.

The Kadets (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO). The Trojans enter the 5A/4A Southern Colorado contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Fountain-Fort Carson was routed by Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO), 18-0, in a league contest.

The Lions now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Coronado for a 5A/4A Southern Colorado battle on Wednesday, September 24. Colorado Springs Christian will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 20-0 league loss to Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 4-4.
