California High School Flag Football - Laguna Creek holds off Franklin

The Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA) flag football tipped the visiting Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA), 18-12 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Cardinals now sport a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cosumnes Oaks for a Delta League outing on Thursday, September 25. Laguna Creek will battle a Wolfpack squad coming off a 19-13 league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 6-4.

Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Sacramento Dragons (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 25. Franklin will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Dragons enter the contest with a 0-8 record after their 62-0 league loss to Vacaville (Vacaville, CA).
