Bellmont Braves (Decatur, IN) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Fort Wayne Snider Panthers (Fort Wayne, IN), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Braves confront the DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN) in a challenge, on Monday, September 26. Bellmont will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Barons enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN).

The Panthers now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran for a challenge on Tuesday, September 27.
