In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Bloomfield Bombers soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Naples Big Green Machines.

The Bombers (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Honeoye (Honeoye, NY). The Bulldogs go into the Finger Lakes - West outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Honeoye was edged by Alfred-Almond (Almond, NY), 3-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Big Green Machines confront the Wheatland-Chili Wildcats (Scottsville, NY) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 26. Naples will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 5-2 record after their 9-0 league win over Pembroke (Corfu, NY).
