The Ipswich Tigers held off the visiting North Central Thunder volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's league test.

The Tigers now have a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] for a B Region 2 test on Thursday, September 28. Ipswich will confront a Battlers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Sully Buttes (Onida, SD). The Battlers record now stands at 5-11.

The Thunder (9-12) will now prepare for their test against Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD). The Titans enter the non-league test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Leola/Frederick held off Ellendale (Ellendale, ND), 3-0, in a non-league test.
