Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ), 31-10 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Salpointe Catholic improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lancers travel to Liberty (Peoria, AZ) to play the Lions in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 17. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 4-0.

The Red Wolves now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tucson High Magnet School for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3.
