Maryland High School Volleyball - Mountain Ridge crushed by Northern Garrett

In Thursday's league match, the Northern Garrett Huskies (Accident, MD) volleyball squad overcame the host Mountain Ridge Miners (Frostburg, MD), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Huskies encounter the Berlin Brothersvalley Mountaineers (Berlin, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 29. Northern Garrett will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Mountaineers go into the battle with a 10-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Southern Fulton (Warfordsburg, PA).

The Miners now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Somerset for a non-league battle on Monday, September 29. Mountain Ridge will battle a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 18-4.
