In Tuesday's league contest, the Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lincoln Southeast Knights (Lincoln, NE), by a margin of 11-1.
With the triumph, Lincoln North Star moves its record to 13-10 on the year. The Navigators host Fremont (Fremont, NE) to play the Tigers in a A District contest on Thursday, September 28. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 17-16. Fremont lost 12-7 in their recent league contest against Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE)
In their next game, the Knights play the Kearney Bearcats (Kearney, NE) in a A District contest, on Thursday, September 28. Lincoln Southeast will attempt to move on its 6-18 season record. The Bearcats come into the contest with a 9-17 record after their 7-2 league loss to Grand Island (Grand Island, NE).
