Nevada High School Football - Lowry winner over South Tahoe

The Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) football knocked off the visiting South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 23-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Buckaroos now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Spring Creek for a 3A Northern outing on Friday, October 3. Lowry will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 42-7 league loss to Churchill County (Fallon, NV). The Spartans record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, South Tahoe drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Sparks (Sparks, NV) to clash with the Railroaders in a 3A Northern outing on Friday, October 3. The Railroaders come into the outing with a record of 1-6. Sparks lost 26-2 in their recent league outing against Dayton (Dayton, NV)
