California High School Football - Del Campo toppled by Nevada Union

The Del Campo Cougars football team (Fair Oaks, CA), dropped 15-6 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA)

With the win, Nevada Union advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Miners host Placer (Auburn, CA) to encounter the Hillmen in a Foothill Valley bout on Friday, October 4. The Hillmen go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Placer lost 36-35 in their recent league bout against Roseville (Roseville, CA)

The Cougars now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Roseville for a Foothill Valley bout on Friday, October 11.
