The Dyer County Choctaws volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Kennett Indians to 0 in the Choctaws non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Choctaws now sport a 28-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newport for a non-league match on Saturday, September 27. Dyer County will confront a Greyhounds squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Central (West Helena, AR). The Greyhounds record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Kennett drops to 9-6 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Bernie (Bernie, MO) to clash with the Mules in a non-league bout on Monday, September 29. The Mules come into the bout with a record of 17-7. Bernie lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Gideon (Gideon, MO)
