The Hamilton Hawkeyes nudged the visiting St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers volleyball team by a tally of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Hawkeyes now have a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Dowagiac for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. Hamilton will confront a Chieftains squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Brandywine (Niles, MI). The Chieftains record now stands at 8-14.
