Nash Central Bulldogs (Rocky Mount, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Rocky Mount Gryphons (Rocky Mount, NC), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) in a The Big East 2A/3A match, on Tuesday, October 4. Nash Central will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 5-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Roanoke Rapids (Roanoke Rapids, NC).
