The Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA) volleyball overcame the host Karns City Gremlins (Karns City, PA), 3-1 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, Cranberry Area upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Berries travel to Moniteau (West Sunbury, PA) to face the Warriors in a Keystone Shortway outing on Saturday, September 30. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 5-6.
The Gremlins now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Clarion-Limestone for a Keystone Shortway outing on Tuesday, October 3. Karns City will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over DuBois Central Catholic (DuBois, PA). The Lions record now stands at 14-0.
