The Mayer Lutheran Crusaders (Mayer, MN) volleyball were winner over the visiting Lester Prairie Bulldogs (Lester Prairie, MN), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Mayer Lutheran betters its record to 16-5 on the year. The Crusaders host Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN) to face the Giants in a Minnesota River outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Giants go into the outing with a record of 5-9.

The Bulldogs now sport a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 30. Lester Prairie will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Maple River (Mapleton, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-6.
