The Perry Bluejays edged the host South Tama County Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Bluejays confront the Lisbon Lions (Lisbon, IA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 28. Perry will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Lions go into the game with a 13-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Midland (Wyoming, IA).

The Trojans (9-15) will now prepare for their game against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs go into the game with a 4-15 record. In their last game, East Marshall was edged by South Hardin (Eldora, IA), 3-0, in a league game.
