In Thursday's league contest, the Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) volleyball squad were winner over the host Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Copperheads battle the James F. Byrnes Rebels (Duncan, SC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 1. Catawba Ridge will attempt to better on its 13-7 season record. The Rebels go into the contest with a 15-9 record after their 3-0 league win over Spartanburg (Spartanburg, SC).
With the loss, Lancaster moves to 1-8 on the year. The Bruins host Chester (Chester, SC) to battle the Cyclones in a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 5. The Cyclones go into the contest with a record of 4-11.
